How much is shipping?

We charge a $5 flat shipping fee for all orders (before tax).

How quick will my order ship?

Orders will ship out within a 5 business day window period (Monday - Friday, excluding Holidays) and will ship priority mail. If you need your order sooner than that, please email us at kim@francisandfernboutique.com. See our shipping FAQs tab for more information.

What if my package gets lost?

Once a tracking number has been provided to the customer, Francis + Fern is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. All issues should be directed to USPS customer service department. Francis + Fern is also not responsible for shipment delays.

Do you ever restock items?

It is rare that we restock items, but if you are interested in a sold out item, please feel free to reach out to us...you never know!

Can I use my reward points on online purchases?

Yes, of course! We welcome that! Just make sure to log in to your account before making your purchase and apply your points at check out.
