RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are happy to accept your return or exchange within 14 days of you receiving your item/s. All returns will be processed as an in store credit, to be sent to the email address associated with purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received item, with tags intact.
Only regular priced items are eligible for return (sale, including flash sale items, jewelry and Ambre Blends items cannot be returned). You will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost (non-refundable). Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that your return has been received and processed, and that your credit in the form of a Francis + Fern e-gift card has been issued. This gift card may be used in store or online, and has no expiration date.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us via email and reference your order number, item and new size needed (stock is not guaranteed). Please mail your item/s to our Greenfield store address, attention Returns Department. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost (non-refundable). Once your item/s have been received and inspected, we will ship out the needed replacement size at no additional cost.
All returns and exchanges are accepted in store or via snail mail.
PLEASE NOTE, ONCE A TRACKING NUMBER HAS BEEN ISSUED, FRANCIS + FERN IS NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES. FRANCIS + FERN IS ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPMENT DELAYS. ALL ISSUES SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO USPS CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER A TRACKING NUMBER HAS BEEN ISSUED.
